Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Check-out time is 1:00 PM - 12:00 PM.
• Damage Deposit: A THB 1,000 cash damage deposit is required at check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage is found after room inspection.
• Booking Process: Please complete the payment within 24 hours after making your reservation. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled. Payment details will be sent via email. Once the payment is completed, please reply to the booking confirmation email with your payment slip.
